Most parts requiring ordering from abroad with long lead times.With his 38 years involvement and interest in racing and building cars it has been a natural progression into CNC using the latest MASTERCAM Cad/Cam software integrated into HAAS Multiaxis mills ,Colchester cnc lathes and Hypertherm Plasma table and Fanuc Robocut wire edm macine .One off compontents can be designed from scratch or reverse engineered from samples. Our heavy Duty drive shafts/axles are a common requirement, made with high strength chromoly steel,cnc machined and heatreated/tempered. New for 2024 we have recently purchased a FANUC ALPHA 1B wire edm machine , enabling us to produce accurate involute internal spline cuts to new drive couplings, modify existing hardened differential, gearbox and cv joints to take larger diameter drive shafts and also internal keyways upto 150mm deep.
